We met Shelly Reed at an open house she was conducting while we were planning our relocation from Smithers to Victoria in July of 2000.  Don had accepted a transfer and I had resigned my position, leaving us with one salary to qualify for a mortgage.  Shelly designed a creative contract allowing us to rent the home for three months while I looked for work.  The contract worked in the seller’s favour as she would not be charged an early payout on her mortgage.  We purchased the house in December as planned and enjoyed it for the next fourteen years until we retired.  Wanting to relocate to Campbell River, we asked Shelly to list the home again.  Her positive, enthusiastic attitude and marketing strategies were greatly appreciated and she sold our home for top dollar in 25 days.  Shelly is a highly motivated agent.  She is particularly knowledgeable of the market, dedicated to detail and completely professional in every way.  Thank you, Shelly.
